Position: Customer Service Officers
-Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
Major Responsibilities
- Process customers’ orders as well as interface with internal departments, appointed agents and representatives.
- Assist Sales team with preparatory work in new business development and in arranging customer visits.
- Review specifications and contractual requirements and manage customer satisfaction, feedback.
- Assist with stock control and obsolescence as well as co-plan and recommend materials to be stocked. Recommend procedures for stock control and its eventual disposition.
- Provide backup to assigned tasks/internal team within SCM framework and up-keeping of all departmental records. Preparation of period and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist Manager with system improvements and process-engineering
Main Requirements
- Diploma / A Level / O Level holder from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a customer service function, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good ability to manage stress
- Experience in managing regional customers will be added advantage.
