Position: Facility Technician
-Reporting to Assistant Manager, Equipment
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day facility operations which include maintaining uptime, operations of air-conditioning systems and water treatment systems, building.
- Supervise service vendors and sub-contractors on their periodic preventive maintenance works (electrical/ mechanical systems, fire safety, gardening works)
- Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical systems and building services.
- Keep the facility systems running stable, handle emergency events.
- Perform the facility equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and local authorities.
- Lead the “facility team” and allocate the tasks to the subordinates.
- Handle and support projects to reduce energy consumption, etc.
- Knowledge in high-tension facility systems.
Main Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in running facility operations.
- Able to work on weekends and odd hours.
- Experience in building management system.
- Good organization skills and experience in project work.
- Leadership experience as well as good communication skills.
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- Able to work independently and positive attitude.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
